Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind every Crosswalkers piece. Because every item is made-to-order, our policy is built around quality, not buyer's remorse.

Made-to-order means no general returns

Each item is printed and assembled specifically for your order. Because nothing is pre-stocked, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, wrong size selected by the customer, or "changed my mind" requests.

Please use the size guide before ordering. If you're between sizes, size up.

Damaged, defective, or misprinted items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or printed incorrectly, we'll make it right — free of charge.

Contact us at hello@crosswalkers.shop within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the defect or damage
  • A photo of the shipping label / packaging

Once approved, we'll send a free replacement. You do not need to ship the original item back unless we specifically request it.

Lost in transit

If tracking confirms the package is lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the ship date. We'll work with the carrier and reship when warranted.

Wrong size or color (customer error)

If you ordered the wrong size or color, we may, at our discretion, offer a discount on a replacement order. The original item is yours to keep, donate, or gift. Original shipping is non-refundable.

Refunds

Approved refunds for defective items are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Original shipping charges are refundable only when the entire order is defective.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a chargeback with your bank — we can almost always resolve issues directly and faster. Fraudulent chargebacks may be disputed with full order, IP, and delivery documentation.
