Production time

Because each item is printed and assembled on demand, please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. We do not hold inventory — every piece is made for you.

Delivery estimates

• USA: 3–5 business days after production
• Canada: 5–10 business days
• UK / Europe: 5–10 business days
• Australia / NZ: 7–14 business days
• Rest of world: 10–20 business days

Estimates are not guarantees. Customs, carrier delays, holidays, and weather can extend timelines.

Shipping rates

Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected service. Promotional free-shipping thresholds, when offered, will be shown in your cart.

Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when your order leaves the print facility. If you haven't received tracking within 10 business days of ordering, contact us at hello@crosswalkers.shop.

Customs, duties & taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.

Wrong address & failed delivery

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders returned to sender due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or unclaimed packages will be re-shipped at the customer's expense. We are not liable for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly.

Lost or stuck packages

If tracking shows a package as lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the ship date so we can open a claim with the carrier and arrange a reshipment when warranted.
